I would like to nominate my mom. She works hard every day to make sure the seniors and those who are homebound get a delicious and nutritious meal. She makes meals for 300-400 people every day. If the weather is bad, she helps prepare blizzard boxes so people have enough meals for a few days if the kitchen can’t be open. Her and her team work hard but they have fun too from time to time. I know it can’t be easy cooking for that many people day in and day out, but she does it with a smile on her face and sometimes with added humor. My mom is my frontline hero!
